Today, the attention to professional ethics and, consequently, internal prevention of employees have drawn the attention of managers due to some of the existing abnormalities in organizations. The purpose of this article has been presented based on the main topic of "Muslim Police Properties", with regard to the Islamic space and texture that governs our country, to explain the special work and the proper word-based attributes. The methods of this research are descriptive-analytic and document mining. The findings of this research show that the ethical and non-ethical behaviors and functions can lead to positive or negative consequences at the organization level. There is a close link between the factors affecting behavior and ethical functions and ethical consequences. Polices are mostly known for their behavior. Observing the principles of human communication and police interaction with the community, standardizing behavior and drafting regulations with the ethical code of the police can be effective and useful in achieving the goals of the Muslim police. What is emphasized in the police of the Islamic community of Iran is respect for human and ethical principles such as observance of the law, respect for justice, trust, honesty, protection of the oppressed, avoiding bribes, justice and fairness, organizational commitment, and so on. Also, the results of the research show that the charter of professional ethics of NAJA staff prevents the organization from many career crimes and helps them to adhere to their jobs. Workers adhere to their job by their own internal tools. There is a significant and direct relationship and the positive correlation between police ethics and internal prevention, so that the internal prevention of employees will not be possible without adherence to police behavior.
