The main question of the present research was that, besides the positive effects of these networks, how much has the use of the telegram messenger network been effective in the tendency of Hamedan youth to abnormality and moral crime? In other words, to what extent was the contribution of the content of telegram messenger network by emphasizing five immediate effects as "weakening of family monitoring", "promoting unwantedness", "dimming religious values", "promoting the life style of the West," and "undesirable informing" to the tendency of Hamedan youth to commit moral crimes and abnormalities? The present study is a descriptive-analytical method and it is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of all young population of Hamedan was 384 in 2016, based on the sampling method for determining the size of the Koclar sample, as multistage cluster sampling. The method and tool for data collection is done in the order of field and researcher's questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was verified through formal credibility and its reliability by the alpha coefficient of Grönbach. The alpha was 0.82, the results showed that: a) weakening of family monitoring is 0.55 (b) promotion of chaos is 0.76) dimming of religious values (0.73); telegram network communication is (0.84); and the promotion of western life style is (90%) in tendency to abnormality and moral crimes. In addition, according to Friedman's test, the weakening of family monitoring with 3.32 was in the highest priority and the role of the promotion of Western lifestyle styles with 2.80 was in the fifth priority of the impact of messages on the tendency of young people to abnormalities and moral crimes.
