شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر نشاط سازمانی در سازمان های کوچک استان همدان

چکیده

امروزه، سازمان‌ها با توجه به شرایط رقابتی و پویایی محیط، نشاط سازمانی را به عنوان نیازی بلندمدت و استراتژیک قلمداد می‌کنند. در این پژوهش، ضمن بررسی و مطالعه دانش موجود 30 عامل اثرگذار بر نشاط سازمانی در سه حوزه نهاده‌های سازمانی، شرایط و اقدامات داخلی و عوامل محیطی دسته‌بندی، استخراج و در قالب پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت از بیشترین(5) تا کمترین اثر(1) در اختیار 25 تن از خبرگان مدیریت و مدیران سازمان‌های کوچک استان همدان(به شیوه گلوله برفی) قرار گرفت سپس 8 عامل که بیشترین اثر را بر نشاط سازمان‌های کوچک استان همدان داشتند، احصاء شد و با کمک مدیران این سازمان‌ها و از طریق روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی(AHP) و با کمک نرم‌افزار Expert choiceبه ترتیب:عقلانیت سازمانی، عدالت سازمانی، کارمندیابی، جبران خدمت، ارزش‌های اخلاقی، نیمرخ ذی ‌نفعان، یادگیری سازمانی، ساختار اولویت‌بندی شدند.

Organizations today, considering competitive conditions and environmental dynamics, consider organizational vitality as a long-term and strategic need. In this research, while studying the existing knowledge, 30 factors affecting organizational vitality in three areas of organizational inputs, internal conditions and practices, and environmental factors were extracted and categorized and were formed as a Likert scale, from the highest (5) to the lowest (1) effect provided for 25 experts and managers of the small organizations of Hamedan province (snowball method). Then, 8 factors that had the most effect on the vitality of the small organizations of Hamadan province, and with the help of managers of these organizations and through the Analytical Dynamics Analysis (AHP) method and with the help of expert selection software, respectively: organizational rationality, organizational justice ,recruitment, compensation, ethical values, stakeholders profiles, organizational learning, structure.
