Background and Purpose: One of the possible reasons for appearance of the lack of motivation among employees is the managers' inability in communicating with staff and the lack of adequate skills of commanders and managers in creating good human relationships. Accordingly, the present study is interested in focusing on the motivation element of employees to study the relationship between the" Relation oriented management style " and "employees' motivation" and based on this, offer scientific and practical answer to this fundamental question of the research that is "What is the role of relation oriented management style on employee's (command headquarters of Hamedan Province) motivation?
Method: The present study is based on a descriptive survey method as an applied research in the field of studying the relationship between relation-oriented management style and employee's motivation in the police command center of Hamedan. The target population of this study is the Hamedan Police Command. Accordingly, the statistical community will comprise more than 220 elements. The purpose of this study is to extract and study random samples from a sample of 108 randomly selected units (18 commanders 29 managers and 61 experts) based on the logic of a simple random sampling approach. Conducting library studies and using the questionnaires designed by the researcher are two methods that the present study has used to collect the information it needs. Cronbach's alpha is used to test the reliability of the measuring instrument used in the study. Also, in order to test the content validity of the tool the views of the elite related to the subject under study, along with the literature and theoretical theories will be considered.
Findings: Statistical analysis of the data and information gathered from the field of study shows that each of the three elements of the trust building of managers, managers' seeking of participation and the managers' seeking of self-control is dependent on the motivation variable of the police commanders of Hamedan,
