This study aims at investigating the effect of intellectual asset on organizational function. The data have been gathered through the survey method and using a researcher-made questionnaire with the sample of 256 persons employed as Hamedan police command staff. They have been chosen by random sampling, using the Krejcie and Morgan Table. The research hypothesis was: the effect of independent variables (intellectual asset, human asset, structural asset, relational asset and spiritual asset) on dependent variable (organizational function) which these hypotheses were tested via uni-variable regression and multivariable regression by step by step method. The result showed that each one of the four independent variables (intellectual asset, human asset, structural asset, relational asset) had a positive effect on organizational function. Also the results of multivariable regression by step by step method showed that at the first step, the spiritual asset has the ability to predict the organizational function and at the second step, after the spiritual asset, the human asset has the ability to predict the organizational function source. And also at the third step, after the spiritual asset and human asset, the structural asset has the ability to predict the organizational function sources.
